It is our policy to request payment in full for the first (or only) night of your stay to secure a reservation. If you wish to make a reservation, please advise credit or debit card details (not American Express) – 16 digit number , 3 digit security number and start and expiry date

Cancellation Policy – If you have to cancel your stay, a full refund will be
given provided that you advise us no later than 48 hours before your planned arrival. If you fail to arrive without giving notice, you will be charged IN FULL for the first night of your intended stay.

All our prices include VAT @ 20%.

Please note that we have a strictly NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the entire premises including all bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas. If you smoke in our rooms you WILL be charged £100.00 to contribute to the extra cleaning
required.

Our restaurant, The Captain’s Table, is very popular so we cannot guarantee that tables will be available for guests. If you wish to reserve a table, please let us know.
